Bing's Dumpling is a hidden gem in Fremont! We came here for lunch and were pleasantly surprised to find no wait, especially considering how popular this place is. The food was absolutely fantastic. We ordered the beef noodle soup, which had a rich, flavorful broth and tender beef that melted in our mouths. The dumplings were perfectly cooked with thin, delicate wrappers and juicy fillings--we got four in an order, and they were gone in no time! The dry pork noodle was another standout dish, with a perfectly balanced sauce and chewy noodles. Other folks rave about the consistency of their dumplings and the cozy, casual vibe of the restaurant, and we couldn't agree more. The service was quick and efficient, making it an ideal spot for a satisfying lunch or dinner. If you're in the area and looking for authentic, delicious Chinese food, Bing's Dumpling is a must-try. We'll definitely be coming back!

The best dumplings in the Bay Area. The soup dumplings are a must! Chili oil dumplings family run business is top notch they even came around with a basket of chocolates. Very fast service, very professional and courteous nice restaurant layout and family ambiance. My favorite dumpling place!

Cold skin: not spicy at all, nice mild flavor, good length each noodles, very slurpable. But personally not a huge fan of noodles and couldve used a bit more flavor, so 7/10 Beef Pie: very unique shape, lovely browning it adds an extra chew which I like. Be careful its hot inside despite not having soup inside. A common theme is gonna be I didnt taste any exceptional flavor but then again I did not dip in anything despite having many sauces on the table. But flavor also isnt lacking to a fault. I like the presentation and the texture so 9/10 Pork crab meat soup dumpling: as usual, super hot inside becareful. Hard to detect flavor when the whole time im trying not to burn my tongue. It was a very standard dumpling. But I like dumplings more than noodles so 8/10 Pork and dill: similar to a standard dumpling but the dill adds a sour flavor to it. My dad said he thought it was too weird. I thought so too, dill doesnt work well with dumplings imo. So 7.5/10 Beef dumpling: I couldnt tell the difference between this and the dill in appearance, in flavor, it tasted like dill without the sourness. Which means its standard so 8/10 Braised beef noodle soup: noodle lacked flavor so much, soup just slipped out of the noodle when you pick it up. So little flavor to a fault. But you could drink soup right after a bite or add some of the sauces from the table. So I'll rank on both ways of eating. Anyways the braised beef is amazing! 9/10 for the beef alone, perfectly braised melts in your mouth. Overall, for normal way of eating, 7/10, would be 6 if it wasnt for the beef. For sipping soup after taking every bite, I still dont like noodles that much but it does improve so 7.5/10 Extra Table includes soy sauce, chili oil, and vinegar They provided ginger along with one of my dishes (idk which one, probably a dumpling) Pitcher looks fancy Disposable cups QR code on the napkin box didnt work for me idk They leave a receipt on the table as they give out the dishes to help the waiters keep track There's a freezer area where you can buy frozen ones to go Menu is given with a marker to write on

A very low key dumpling place. Loved the pan fried beef pies. And the beef brisket noodle soup was the epitome of comfort food. Shanghai dumplings were meaty and yummy. We also ordered the vegetable bun but I found it underwhelming maybe because I needed protein. Support this local business! It's got quite a following.

My favorite soup dumpling place! I always recommend my friends to come here. I usually get the pork soup dumplings and the beef noodle soup. Both the broth and the pork soup dumplings are super flavorful! Ambiance isn't as nice as a lot of other soup dumpling places, but I don't mind this at all.

Great soup dumplings, regular dumplings, and cold noodles. We always come here after the Ardenwood Harvest Festival corn picking. We tried the pork and shrimp buns which were huge and delicious too (3 to an order). They sell frozen dumplings and food also. Great Fremont place to hit up! Wish we were closer but when we pass by Fremont we usually stop here!

Bings did not disappointment at all! We drove down in droves from all parts of the Bay for bffs birthday! She did an excellent job of choosing a place serving authentic noodle soup and dumplings. This is a mom & pop's place w/ paper plates and disposable cutlery. Come for food in a relaxed setting w/ friends...delish hand-cut noodles and soup dumplings because they're very top tier delicious, filling, and packed w/ flavor. Very busy on a Sunday afternoon w/ loads of family w/ the same great idea of XLB. All the staff are friendly and eager to assist in any way possible. We had a great experience and will definitely return if we're in back in town! Xie Xie 谢谢

Bing's may have the best XLB in the Bay Area! Bing's is located on the corner of a shopping plaza with restaurants and a grocery store. The restaurant itself is a no frills asian restaurant: they'll bring you water, take your order, and deliver the food but not much checking in in between which is fine with me. The portions are generous and the food is delicious. The XLB skins are soft and thin and the filling is juicy. I think they are larger than most standard XLB. We also got the beef noodle soup and brisket noodle soup. You have the option of picking thin or thick noodles. Thick noodles are always the way to go! We also got the egg and chive dumpling pocket. These are giant! I split one and had the two others for breakfast the next day and they were just as good. Bing's is a solid choice for comfort Chinese dishes. I will definitely be back when I am in the Bay Area!

What I got : XiaoLongBao 3/5 Spicy Beef Noodle Soup 4/5 Pork bean Noodle 4/5 I've been wanting to try this place for a while now, and finally did. Now my review will be in compared to DinDing Dumpling so if you haven't try that place, you should! I first want to say prices are better than DinDing but flavors alone are not enough for it to surpass it. The XiaoLongBao had a some what sweet taste, not bad but nothing life changing. The noodles for both noodle dishes seemed to be hand cut and thick. That being said I prefer thinner noodles that DinDing has. I noticed these dish contained more oil than I would enjoy. That being said the spicy beef noodle soup isn't that spicy and is very hearty. While the pork bean noodles were nice and savory. These dishes were good for the price and would suffice the craving that you would have in regard to soup dumpling and pork bean noodles. Ambience is alright, it definitely a hole in the wall place. Service was also pretty nice and quick! I felt like we were in and out of there within 30mins!
